1. Definitions & Introduction

In this document, "tl111", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the tl111.lat website and all services connected to it. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who has registered at tl111 or is using this platform.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount at tl111 is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. Transactions below this amount are not possible.

4.2 Payment Methods

tl111 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Deposits or withdrawals through any method other than these four are not accepted.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, identity verification or other security measures may cause some delay.

4.4 Transaction Restrictions

• While a withdrawal request is being processed, another request through the same method cannot be submitted.
• If fraud is suspected in any transaction, tl111 reserves the right to place the request on hold.
• Withdrawal requests may not be processed until account verification is complete.
• Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are strictly prohibited.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tl111 offers a 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example — deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,500. Or deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus only — not on the deposit and bonus combined. For example, a ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = placing a total of ৳30,000 in bets will make winnings from the bonus eligible for withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• A promotional offer cannot be used more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements are met.
• tl111 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if its terms are not followed.
• tl111 may modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6. VIP Program

tl111's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers based on consistent activity and platform usage. tl111 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Fair Play

tl111 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All game and betting outcomes are determined independently, and manipulation by any party is strictly prohibited.

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at tl111 and subject to penalties:

• Operating accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Attempting to access another user's account information.

If any of the above prohibited conduct is proven, tl111 may suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice. In such cases, any winnings earned may be forfeited.
